Greenhouse Area: the total surface of the greenhouse, including packaging area, technical room etc.
Tax on Profit: depends on your country/state
IMPORTANT: Please note that we ALWAYS consider the price [€/m²] based on the total greenhouse area. For example: if the greenhouse Area is 10,000 m2, and the growing Area is 9,000 m2, we consider 10,000 m2 (1 ha) in our calculation to calculate the total costs of irrigation system. For example, if the irrigation system cost is 8 [€/m²], the costs of irrigation system in our calculation is 80,000 €
Cultivation Area: surface area of the greenhouse used for cultivation. "Cultivation Area" is only used to calculate the production of the greenhouse.
Target Production: means the amount of crop (e.g. tomato/cucumber etc.) which is produced in growing area every single year
Average Price: the average annual price of the crop (e.g. tomato, cucumber etc.)
Increase in Product Price, for example, the annual increase of tomato price in % per year
Increase in Variable Cost, for example, annual increase in energy, fertilizer, water in % per year. You may refer to "Variable Costs - Cultivation" section bellow.
Increase in Personnel Salaries: in this section, we consider increases specified for the personnel. You may refer to the "Variable Costs - Personnel" section bellow.
Increase in Administrative Costs. For example: office rent etc. You may refer to the "Variable Costs - Office" section bellow.
Permits and Certificates: for example, certificate costs of constructing the greenhouse
Facilities: for example, costs of gas, electricity, water supplies
Leveling: the cost of leveling the land
Administrative Costs: for example, the costs of constructing offices

Ventilation System: for example, the fans inside your greenhouse
Cooling System: for example, pad & fan system, A/C etc.
Heating System: for example, boiler, hot air generators etc.
Harvesting Equipment: All the equipment (manual/automatic), used to harvest the crop. For instance, electric trolleys
Packaging and Sorting System: you may need to consider the price per m2 based on the total greenhouse area. For instance, if the costs of packaging system is €100,000, and the greenhouse Area is 100,000 m2 (10 ha), you may put the price of this system 1 €/m²
Cold Storage: same as the packaging and sorting system, if the costs of "Cold Storage" is €100,000, and the greenhouse area is 100,000 m2 (10 ha), then you may put the price of this system 1 €/m²
Other Greenhouse Equipment: If you have other costs (e.g. ground cover), you may put it here.
Installation Costs: all the cost related to greenhouse installation
Transportation Costs: for example, the shipment of equipment by ship/truck etc.
Customs Duties: if you purchase the greenhouse from outside your country, you may need to pay customs duties.

Covering: In case you are building a plastic greenhouse, you may need to change the covering after 4-5 years. Here, you may indicate the costs and also the installation year.
Screen: if you are installing screens (e.g. energy screen) you may need to change the screen after 5 years. Please note that you only need to change the screen and NOT its mechanical parts.
Other Costs: If you have other related costs, please indicate them here.
Bank Loan: Please specify the amount of bank loan.
Interest Rate: this is the annual interest rate in %. By default, the interest rate is calculated from after the construction year.

Breathing Space: Depending on your bank, you may have breathing space.
Working capital: the loan given by the bank, providing operating liquidity for your business
Bank Loan: Please specify the amount of bank loan in euro or desired currency

Planting Material: for example, costs of purchasing young plants
